Wisegeek recently completed an informative study where they compared what 200 calories looks like for a variety of different foods. The study compared over 70 different types of foods and the findings can be quite surprising. Given that the average adult needs approximately 2000-2500 calories a day, it’s helpful to know exactly how different foods vary in terms of caloric density.
